Vinyasa Flow (All Levels) is a creatively blended practice that will move you through the arc of a well-rounded flow: grounding, warming, heating, balancing, cooling & savasana. This 75 minute class connects breath with movement and body alignment. Practice can include chanting, yoga philosophy, hands-on assists and meditation. All Levels are welcome, modifications are always available, no prior experience needed.
