Itinerary
-
We’ll begin our journey together online with an opening Zoom gathering to introduce the retreat container, review the cleanse structure, and begin easing into the process with intention and support.
-
Our second pre-retreat Zoom session will offer space to prepare body and mind for the days ahead, with guidance for a gentle transition into the cleanse and practices to support clarity, nourishment, and steadiness. We start our food cleanse with moving into an all raw and whole foods diet.
-
This session deepens our preparation through embodied awareness and a thoughtful exploration of eating patterns, helping you connect more clearly with your body’s signals and needs. We continue our cleansing process by moving to an all liquid diet consisting of juices, smoothies and soups.
-
We arrive at Harbin and gather in community to open the retreat with presence, connection, and intention. Our sharing circle creates a welcoming space to arrive, settle in, and begin the experience together.
-
We begin the all-juice cleanse! Through a morning yoga practice we support circulation, grounding, and inner balance. Later, we return to circle to reflect, share, and deepen our sense of community and support.
-
Today’s practice invites continued renewal through movement and stillness. Our sharing circle offers time to process the experience, receive support, and stay connected to the retreat journey.
-
This is our final day of our all-juice diet. As we move through the retreat, yoga helps sustain energy and ease while our sharing circle provides a space for reflection, integration, and meaningful connection.
-
We regroup online to reflect on the retreat experience and capture the insights, shifts, and practices that will support you moving forward after the cleanse. We are now easing off the all-juice diet by adding in smoothies and soups.
-
Our final Zoom meeting helps you translate the retreat into everyday life, clarifying supportive intentions and sustainable commitments that can carry you into long-term well-being. Today we are back to raw and whole foods.

Her classes range from restorative and meditative to mindful and flowing, always with attention to anatomy, spiritual themes, and embodied awareness. She loves creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural world while remembering their capacity to love themselves more fully and care for the world around them.
“I feel good in my body and soul. More than I have in a while. I feel restored. I loved the sense of empowerment on the retreat – both on an individual level, being able to not just “get through this”, but to feel better than I did before, and on a community level-feeling empowered as part of a group and feeling such a deep connection to everyone.” - Rachel Goudey (Yoga Therapist and Retreat Leader)
“To do things I love will never be without pain, difficulty, challenge and fear…. AND all of that can be overcome with courage and support from community.” - Sierra Gonella, Leadership Coach
