Hiking, Yoga and Meditation in an East Bay Gem

Gather with other nature-lovers to explore a lesser known gem of a hike. The Miller Knox Regional Seashore has a special character you'll love getting to know - with lawns and a lake, piers and marinas, hills and sweeping Bay views. This loop travels along the breezy and scenic Richmond shoreline before ascending into the hills. After the steep hike up we will pause for meditation and mindful yoga (No yoga mat needed). As we descend sweeping views of the sunset over the bay greet us, leading us into a peaceful weekend.

Bring your own water, snacks, layers and a flashlight of headlamp (just in case)

The hike is less than 4 miles round trip.

This event may be cancelled in case of rain. Check the event description by 10am on the day of the event in case the event has been cancelled.
