Weekly Classes
If you are seeking to feel healthier and happier while being held in a caring yoga community this is your class! For five weeks we will meet to move our bodies, liberate our minds and find our joy through postures taught specifically with older adults and a range of body types in mind.
Come decompress and attend to your mind, body and spirit while in a semi-private, small group setting. This class is a blend of the slower, more gentle, aspects of hatha yoga with the dynamic strength-building movements of flow classes, where postures lead from one to the next. Through guided deep breathing, relaxation practices and heart-centered movement, students can release stress and gain a sense of calm, while walking away feeling stronger and refreshed.
Vinyasa Flow (All Levels) is a creatively blended practice that will move you through the arc of a well-rounded flow: grounding, warming, heating, balancing, cooling & savasana. This 75 minute class connects breath with movement and body alignment. Practice can include chanting, yoga philosophy, hands-on assists and meditation. All Levels are welcome, modifications are always available, no prior experience needed.
Unwind and reset with this deeply soothing practice using props like, bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support your body, allowing you to release into long restful poses. To enhance the experience, gentle hands-on assists and subtle massage techniques will be offered to each student, helping to quiet the nervous system and melt away muscular tension.

This Valentine's Day explore your playful side with a sensual partner Thai massage and Neo-Tantric ritual experience.
