This Memorial Day holiday do something rejuvenating for your spirit! This trail has the perfect amount of everything: meadow, shade, trees, flowers, hill and beautiful views. It's a great overview of Sugarloaf State Park in just 4 miles of moderate hiking. The trail starts at the valley floor, climbs about 800 ft. and does a loop along the northern slope and canyons. Along the way we will bath in the beauty of nature, taking moments for silent mindfulness practices and a yoga class (no mat required), which will include some partner poses!

This is a wonderful hike in Joaquin Miller Park following the Palo Seco Creek up through a lush redwood canyon. We will hike to an open meadow where we will offer a creative yoga practice in the grass (no yoga mat needed!)
We'll then hike the Sequoia Bayview loop with great views of the bay. I will also share some mindful forest bathing practices, so if you have a desire to connect more deeply with the wisdom of nature this is a great opportunity!
