Gentle Yoga Basics


Through mindfulness, movement and breath, you’ll attain a deeper understanding of your true nature. Postures are suitable for all levels, and instruction on modifications is given for every body type. Each class begins with pranayama: simple breathing exercises, and then continue with a variety of standing postures to build inner fire and vitality. Class progresses to supine asanas for greater flexibility and suppleness, and finishes with a short, guided meditation session.
