In this all-levels class we focus on the abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles to support overall strength and corporal stability. This class includes yoga postures, pilates-inspired exercises and traditional cardio-vascular training techniques. Gym balls, weights, yoga blocks and mats are used. All equipment is provided.
