Yoga for Aging Gracefully - Five Week Series
Explore the best ways to experience healthy aging! Classes often build to a peak pose, contain a spiritual theme or focus on a particular anatomical area to aid in healing and greater health. Meditation and mindfulness techniques for managing stress and pain are also offered, leaving you feeling relaxed, centered, strong and flexible.
Multiple options for each pose are taught and a range of props are utilized to make this class accessible for everyone: all body types, ages, and fitness levels welcome.
No prior yoga experience is required! This class is designed for people who can get on and off the floor unaided.

Fridays 9:00-10:00 (PST): December 12th, 19th, 26th, January 2nd, 9th.
Students are welcome to attend the first class before committing to the series. First Class Free!
