Arthritis is not just one condition but a constellation of more than a hundred related disorders that share a common theme: inflammation and degeneration of the joints. For many, arthritis unfolds gradually. It often begans as a subtle whisper — stiffness in the mornings, minor swelling after activity, a lingering ache in injured areas.
