Weekend Yoga at Lake Merritt

We will be tucked into a quiet spot off the beaten path for an hour and a half of yoga surrounded by trees, on fresh green glass, with a view of the lake. This mixed-level class is appropriate for everyone who has some prior experience with yoga.

Bring an extra blanket for under your mat. The grass may be a little moist.

• No hands on assists/adjustments will be given. I'll stay on my mat.

• 6 foot distance (or more) between mats

• Class size limited to 10 people 

• Bring your own equipment - mat, blanket, block and strap recommended

• Social distancing requested before and after class
