Juice Cleanse Retreat at Harbin Hot Springs
Join us for a restorative retreat designed to help you slow down, cleanse deeply, and reset your eating habits. Over seven days, you’ll experience a supportive full dietary reset that includes three days of an all-juice cleanse, along with nourishing yoga and meditation to help restore balance in body, mind, and spirit.
For three of the seven days of the retreat we’ll be staying at Harbin Hot Springs, a beautiful retreat center with spring-fed hot, warm, and cold pools, plus a swimming pool, sauna, steam sauna, and peaceful open spaces for rest and reflection. The property also offers meadow camping and room upgrades are available directly through Harbin Hot Springs.
Each day at harbin includes yoga, meditation and community to support your renewal from the inside out. With expert guidance, self-care practices, and a welcoming community, this retreat offers space to rejuvenate, reset, and return home feeling lighter, clearer, and more alive.
Before and after our retreat, we’ll gather online for three pre-retreat meetings and two post-retreat meetings to consciously prepare for the cleanse and support the transition back afterward with mindfulness and body care. The pre- and post juicing process includes two days of raw and whole foods and two days of soups, smoothies, and juices to be done at home.
