Science, Anatomy and Yoga Philosophy for Chronic Pain Workshop Series

Join Gwen Miller and Sierra Wagner for a thought-provoking online workshop series that dives into cutting edge insights about how neurobiology, anatomy and physiology affect our experience of pain. Put theory into practice by exploring yoga postures and philosophy that can play a transformative role in resilience and healing.

Author Gwen Miller shares practical knowledge from 20 years’ experience teaching yoga, Pilates and functional corrective exercise, in a lecture and experiential practice of how posture, breath and mind-body connection impact our experience of pain.

Yoga Therapist Sierra Wagner shares yoga philosophy connections between unpleasant physical sensation and mental suffering, illuminating yoga philosophy as a tool for exploring pathways to freedom from suffering.

Recordings will be made available after each session
